The International Car Rally

We ventured towards the Northland town of Ruawai to take in the excitment of the annual International Car Rally. The entire town was closed off to traffic, and used as a service centre for the rally cars. We also took a short drive further North to climb the extinct volcano Toka-Toka. The girls discovered that climbing after drinking a bottle of Coke was rather difficult.

A balancing act out on the boat ramp. The rugby field was 1 of 3 helicopter landing areas. Everyone was quite dizzy... So we went for a ride.
The entire youth group. Climbing Toka-Toka (or should I say resting) The boys climbed up almost non stop. Where's the Sky Tower?
Stop hitting Trevor with that stick. Toka-Toka from the bottom.
