From
the Pastor's DeskWelcome to Christmas on the Avenue I can't remember a single Christmas season I did not enjoy here on Seabrook Ave. Over the years we have celebrated in all kinds of ways. Remember the carolling down the street? |
Then there were the
Christmas Dramas, Christmas in the Bush, Christmas
in the Car Park, Dinner on the Avenue, BBQ's and
doughnuts and of course the year it rained us out
and we re-located within 30 minutes to the Arohoe School
Hall. They have all been fun even if it does take
until Easter to get all the hay off the property. This year we will have parts of the Christmas drama interrupting each Sunday morning service. By the time Christmas has arrived the emerging scene in the manger at the front of the church will be complete. |
